I can't believe it's already November! Time to start thinking about the upcoming holidays and events, Christmas lists, shopping, and more... I'm getting tired just thinking about it. At this time of year, I get lots of questions about gift ideas for coworkers, teachers, friends, and family. Over the next weeks, I'll share projects that will give you some ideas for handmade gifts and hopefully you'll be inspired to create that extra-special gift, something created from the heart.
Here's a perfect teacher gift - a purse tote that holds four A2 sized cards and envelopes, four 3x3 cards and envelopes, and four Ghiradelli chocolates. I used Tracy's tutorial at inky doodles, although I didn't follow her instructions exactly - I didn't use the clear card boxes. Instead I used acetate sheets (window sheets) to create the clear boxes.
Here's the inside of the purse. Who wouldn't love to receive this cute gift!
